We do not have money to donate, nor do we have ammunition, medical supplies, vehicles to donate or materials to give to Ukraine. We only have one thing to offer, and that is “how-to.”
We know “how-to” fight wars, and we know “how-to” win wars, and we know “how-to” teach the civilian noncombatant Auxiliary “how-to” train the trainers on the Resistance Operating Concept ROC, 198 methods of Nonviolent Resistance, officer and NCO professional development, survival skills, aircraft identification, responding to a dirty bomb, force protection and civilian irregular defense forces – among other useful skills.
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.”
“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”
“Supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.”
“In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.”
“All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when we are able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must appear inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.”
“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.”
